Choosing a caterer for your wedding is no small decision! Taste, presentation and vibe all come together to make a memorable experience for your guests. From the start, we like to work closely with your food tastes and style to create a menu that represents you as a couple and all of the amazingness of Maine produce, seafood, cheeses and meats. Our bartenders will ensure that your cocktails are made with infusions, bitters, garnish and sodas made from local ingredients as well. We love food and we love weddings!

The Food

Everything is handmade from ingredients in their purest form- olive oils, fresh herbs, prime meats, local produce/seafood and cheeses from our friends down the road. Because we do not use processed foods, we can be very accommodating to food sensitivities and allergies. We like to keep it fresh and interesting! You will find our menu on our website, but we are always excited to add in your ideas and cook up new dishes.

The Process

Our process is holistic and comprehensive. We talk all about rentals, timing, set up and layout in the months leading up to your wedding. If you are working with an event designer/planner, we collaborate with them on all of the details we need for our staff. If you are doing it yourself, we will log you into our client portal where we will be able to communicate these details. On the day of your wedding, our staff is happy to set up all of the tables, chairs, tabletops and bars and then clean it all up at the end of the evening.

The Team

Our professional servers and bartenders are also professionals in other industries, nursing students, grad students, college students and stay at home moms and they are all committed to making sure you and your guests have an awesome experience in Maine! Our staff are not just there for the event, they are involved in the process. Our bartenders create all of the simple syrups and infusions for your specific cocktails from farmer’s market produce. A few of our servers are also farmers who deliver fresh blueberries, strawberries and other produce to us weekly and one of our chefs is a pig farmer who treats her pigs each Sunday to all of the leftovers from our weddings!
