I know this email is long overdue (it’s been a crazy few months!), but Alex and I wanted to say a huge THANK YOU for your amazing food at our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception this summer.

So many of our guests have
commented on how awesome the food was – thank you for doing such a great job! The casual Latin-style food on Friday night was super fun and worked out great. And even though the wedding day was a bit of a blur, I remember
some key moments regarding the food: I remember thinking the appetizers were beautifully displayed, that the bread was really good, that the salad was incredibly fresh…and I’m still thinking of that grilled chicken with
the mango-blueberry salsa…mmm…

We loved every bite, and your team of cooks and servers were nothing but graceful and accommodating.

You both listened to us and helped guide us toward a menu
that was a letter-perfect accompaniment to the afternoon; and then you
executed that menu to a level of simple sophistication that drew raves from
a long list of our guests.

Everything was honestly just perfect, I could not have asked for more.

I will definitely recommend you to anyone who is looking for catering service!

We have
received countless compliments on how amazing the food was and I can’t tell you how many times we have gone to weddings and the food was forgettable – not the case with ours! Everything tasted awesome and the family style worked out perfectly and looking back I seriously wouldn’t have changed one thing.
The breakfast spread was more than we could have asked for and perfect way for us to
say thank you to all of our guests before they departed.
Your crew was also so amazing so please be sure to thank them for us as well.
So sad we won’t be working with you on the wedding anymore but we may just need to
